A.          Traimit Educational Model for the Confucius School in Thailand

The inferential analysis of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School showed the significant influence of school-related factors, enrollment, and academic performance. It has shown that the students are interested in learning Chinese Language and Confucian Teaching, and support the basic education program of Thailand.  The educational goal is to attain the Chinese Language and enhancement of the academic performance in the school. In this study, The highly attained objectives and goals, with high academic management, and more academic activities tend to have a higher level of pupil’s performance.

1.      School-Related Factors - Academic Facility and Chinese Language Competition

      There is a significant influence of the combination of the facts related to the school-related factors (Academic Facility and Chinese Language Competition ) and the extent of implementation of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School. This means that when these factors are taken together it gives significant contribution to the extent of implementation of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School. This tends to imply that the school-related factors significantly influence the extent of implementation of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School. 

2.      Number of Students and Enrollment

There is a significant influence on the number of students and the extent of implementation of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School. This means that the increasing enrolment of the students tends to have a higher extent of implementation of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School.  Furthermore, the increasing number of enrolment of the students has been reflected by their participation in the varied activities in the First Confucius Classroom with the interest of the students and parents as they are residing in Chinatown.

3.      Administrators’ Related Factors

There is a significant influence of the combination of the facts related to the administrator's related factors and the extent of implementation of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School. This means that when these factors are taken together it gives significant contribution to the extent of implementation of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School. Moreover, when variables are taken singly, sex, training, seminar attended, and length of administrative/teaching were found to have a significant influence on the extent of implementation of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School. This means that male administrators who attended few training and seminars with more years as administrator/teaching tend to have a higher extent of implementation of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School. The main reason for this finding is the First Confucius Classrooms are administered by the Hanban of the Chinese government as part of the technical assistance for its establishment, they have to give support to Chinese Faculty members and  Chinese instructional materials displayed in the library and the First Confucius School.

      There is a significant influence of the combination of the facts related to the extent of implementation of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School significantly influences the pupil’s performance. This tends to imply that the pupil’s performance is significantly influenced by the extent of implementation of the Traimit Model of the Confucian School. When variables are taken singly, attainment of objectives and goals, academic management, pupil’s activities, and taken as a whole found to have a significant influence on the pupil’s performance.  In the significant findings in this study, the e-commerce industries are association forms of business organization and located in rural areas. The e-transactions used credit cards for the payment of the business transactions. The capital has business operated with 20,001 and above with five to nine workers and 60,001 to 90,000 monthly sales received assistance in government agencies through marketing assistance with three and below membership in the trade organization. The industries have the presence of websites, advertisements, price discounts, and trade fares in the e-commerce on food and beverage, herb clothing, and appliances. The majority of the entrepreneurs are female, belong to the age bracket 40-49 years, are married, are high school graduates, and attended e-commerce training.

In the inferential analysis of e-commerce preparedness, there is a significant influence of the business impact and the extent of e-commerce preparedness of enterprises. This means that when these factors are taken together it gives a significant contribution to the impact. This tends to imply that the impact is significantly influenced by the extent of e-commerce preparedness of enterprises in Pathum Thani Province, Thailand.

The Sustainable Development Goals of Youth of the Nation Programs have been working well in the social transformation of poverty alleviation programs, employment promotion, and social equity mechanisms. The social transformation reflected well on governance initiatives of the Youth of the Nation Program (YoN) along with music workshops, developmental music activities, and music festivals.

H. Sugarcane Industry: Its Impact on the Socio-Economic Status of   Farmersin Phitsanulok, Thailand

        On the significant findings of this study, the sugarcane farmer highly adheres to the farming practices of the sugarcane industry in Phitsanulok, Thailand. There is a high impact on the sugarcane industry in Phitsanulok, Thailand along with improved quality of life, increased employment, increased revenue, and farmer’s satisfaction. There is no significant influence on the personal profile of the respondents on the output variable and the impact. However. it was found out that the older the farmers are productive the agricultural practices in dealing the sugarcane production. For the compensation of sugarcane farmers, it has an income ranging from Bht 100, 001 – less than 300, 000. This means that farmers in the sugarcane industry are moderate earners. This implies that the majority of the farmers sell their products to only one buyer since sugarcane buyers buy in bulk for further processing. Along with the quality of commercial cane sugar, it produced 12.01 tons and above.

 

On the yield of sugarcane, it produced below 10.01 while there are 45 (14.90%) produced 12.01 and above. This means that production is low. While the majority of the sugarcane farmers(186 or 61.40%) harvest their cane within 11 months to less than 12. There are different varieties of cane that farmers plant and the majority of them should be harvested within 11 but less than 12 months to harvest the sugarcane on time

     In the regression analysis of the farming practices on the profile of the respondents, There is no significant influence of the input variable on the output variable of the sugarcane industry. However, age was found to have a significant influence on the sugarcane industry practices. This means that the older the farmers are the better will be the practices. This may be because older farmers have gained enough experience which makes their practices much better and improves their products and sales. Other variables did not show a significant influence on the output variables of the sugarcane industry.

 

G, Implementation of the Education Development Programs in Secondary Schools of Bangkok, Thailand

         The qualitative-descriptive research was considered in this study through documentary Analysis based on the Thailand National Education Act (NEA) of 1999. On the level of administrative competence, the Secondary Schools of Bangkok have a managerial style based on the development in the spirit of teamwork among the subordinates which remained to be the strength of the sustainability of the education development program in the primary and secondary school. The educational framework of the administrative competence revolves around the decentralization of educational service as mandated in Article 80 in the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2550 (2007)

The administrative competence in the decentralization of educational service focuses on the global changes of management that rely on the teamwork of the teachers, administrators, and parents to achieve quality education in the school. This provides the success of management to implement the educational programs anchored on quality education with an emphasis on Thai culture and tradition through a democratic form of public service with the King as Head of State.

In educational planning, the secondary schools of Bangkok the guiding principles for basic education respond to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand of 1997 stipulates the rights and liberties of Thai citizens to receive free basic education for not less than twelve years. It ensures the right of local organizations to participate in the provision of education which also facilitates the decentralization of educational management functions. The National Education Act (NEA) of 1999 which was amended in 2002, stated that Thai people have an equal right to receive basic education of quality of free of charge for at least 12 years

Review and Publication Process

The Grin McFly International Editors are responsible for communicating submitted research work for the refereed publication. It shall be evaluated based on the scholarly merit by the usual refereed publication process including the plagiarism and ethics review compliance for the submitted research work. The refereed journal considers research on the outcome-based experience of the actual professional work along with best practices on the policy formulation and program implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for the social services of National Government Agencies (NGAs), and Local Government Units (LGUs). The business sectors such as corporations, manufacturing industries, transportation including the economic enterprises of medium scale industries, cooperative enterprise, and other sectors provide the best source of business research along the best practices of organizational productivity, profitability, and business expansion, outcome, and impact to the investments, employment and income, economic growth and development, and other economic enterprise related research variables.  

This professional journal considers the best practices in the aforementioned priority research theme relevant to the variables of outcome, impact organizational effectiveness and productivity including the improvement quality of life in the society. The priority research theme shall be given research slots for review by the editors from the experts in the fields of educational administration, business administration, and public administration. The dissertation and thesis works are considered associate peer-reviewed research work on advanced education. The research compliance of advanced higher education as the standards requirements of plagiarism, ethical review, and grammar check as certified by the graduate school. The double-blind peer review of the associate peer-reviewed research work for the dissertation and thesis considers the thematic evaluation for the significant contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), organizational effectiveness and productivity, outcomes and impacts to professional work, employment, income and investment economic growth and development and the improvement of quality of life in the society.

The submitted research manuscript shall be given refereed publication guidelines for double-blind peer review to comply with high-quality research manuscript for the multidisciplinary professional research journal:

1.        General Guidelines for the Peer Review Process in the Multidisciplinary Professional Research Journal for Publication to the Grin McFly International Journal

 

2.        The peer review process for this refereed journal  shall comply with the standard inclusion of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) https://publicationethics.org/about/our-organisation

 

3.        The review, approval process, and acceptance of the manuscript for publication of the refereed journal are extensively reviewed by the Editorial Board, International Referees, and Guest Reviewers. 

 

The aforementioned guidelines of publication ethics for the Grin McFly International Journal ensure the peer review process for scholarly research work with the inclusion of professional outcome-based experience. This journal complied with the expected ethics of research publication for authors, editors, peer reviewers, publishers, and other stakeholders in the Asia-Pacific region.

 

The scholarly guardianship of the publisher and editors complied with the guidelines of the Publication Ethics relevant to professional publications with priority of best practices and knowledge management. The publisher of this journal assists the peer-reviewing and maintaining the scholarly records. It has nurtured and supported the scholarly communication process within the bounds of the guidelines of publication ethics. The ethical matters adopted the best procedural policies for the peer-review process in the mentoring support of editors, reviewers, and authors. There is editorial independence and commitment to collaborate with stakeholders and industry partners for the effective implementation of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). We support the required technical, and procedural mandate of the COPE in the peer-review process for the journal. The financial considerations are provided for the professional support of the publication process for the peer-reviewers, panel of evaluators, and actual publication of the journal. These are explicitly given specific guidelines for the financial operations and fees needed to finally publish the refereed journal. 

For the publication decision, it is expected to work independently to decide the submission of the research manuscript based on the thematic thrusts of the refereed journal. The journal’s editorial board is guided by the legal requirements given to the researcher with the inclusion of copyright infringement, plagiarism, and other relevant issues in the publication process. In the case of peer reviewers, the editor ensures an effective peer review process which typically reviews submitted research manuscripts by at least two external reviewers and independent reviewers within the qualified pool of experts which usually are former professors of advanced higher education, academic consultants, industry practioners and distinguished academic researcher.

The editor shall be responsible for selecting reviewers within the pool of experts in the relevant field of specialization in Educational Administration, Public Administration, and Business Administration. Usually graduates and professors of Doctor of Philosophy(PhD) in Educational Administration or Doctor of Education(EdD), Doctor of Public Administration (DPA), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and Doctor of Philosophy in Commerce. The editor shall comply with the most suitable expert to avoid the selection of fraudulent reviewers. It shall review the publication disclosures for potential conflicts of interest and provide appropriate alternatives to ensure the quality of scholarly works in this refereed journal.

The editor maintains fair play as to the intellectual content and editorial policies designed by the Professional Research and Development Institute for the Asia-Pacific Region.  It shall protect the confidentiality of all materials submitted in the review process for the refereed journal. Any breach of confidentiality or research misconduct shall be dealt with accordingly based on the policy guidelines of this journal. The open peer-review system requires full personal disclosure within the COPE standards and Data Privacy Act to protect the identity of the reviewers. Likewise, the submitted research manuscript shall be treated as a confidential document within the inclusion of the privacy act. It shall safeguard the integrity of the scholarly publication and assist the peer review process through editorial communication as to the refereed journal guidelines with the inclusion of COPE. The authors shall submit original research that contains sufficient details for professional publication along the thematic thrusts of this journal.
