There is a high impact on the sugarcane industry in Phitsanulok, Thailand along with improved quality of life, increased employment, increased revenue, and farmer’s satisfaction. There is no significant influence on the personal profile of the respondents on the output variable and the impact. However. it was found out that the older the farmers are productive the agricultural practices in dealing the sugarcane production. For the compensation of sugarcane farmers, it has an income ranging from Bht 100, 001 – less than 300, 000. This means that farmers in the sugarcane industry are moderate earners. This implies that the majority of the farmers sell their products to only one buyer since sugarcane buyers buy in bulk for further processing. Along with the quality of commercial cane sugar, it produced 12.01 tons and above.
On the yield of sugarcane, it produced below 10.01 while there are 45 (14.90%) produced 12.01 and above. This means that production is low. While the majority of the sugarcane farmers(186 or 61.40%) harvest their cane within 11 months to less than 12. There are different varieties of cane that farmers plant and the majority of them should be harvested within 11 but less than 12 months to harvest the sugarcane on time
In the regression analysis of the farming practices on the profile of
the respondents, There is no significant influence of the input variable on the
output variable of the sugarcane industry. However, age was found to have a significant influence on
the sugarcane industry practices. This means that the older the farmers are the
better will be the practices. This may be because older farmers have gained
enough experience which makes their practices much better and improves their
products and sales. Other variables did not show a significant influence on the
output variables of the sugarcane industry.

was considered in this study through documentary Analysis based on the Thailand
National Education Act (NEA) of 1999. On the
level of administrative competence, the Secondary Schools of Bangkok have a
managerial style based on the development in the spirit of teamwork among the
subordinates which remained to be the strength of the sustainability of the
education development program in the primary and secondary school. The
educational framework of the administrative competence revolves around the
decentralization of educational service as mandated in Article 80 in the
Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2550 (2007) The administrative competence
in the decentralization of educational service focuses on the global changes of
management that rely on the teamwork of the teachers, administrators, and
parents to achieve quality education in the school. This provides the success
of management to implement the educational programs anchored on quality
education with an emphasis on Thai culture and tradition through a democratic
form of public service with the King as Head of State. In educational planning, the
secondary schools of Bangkok the guiding principles for basic education respond
to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand of 1997 stipulates the rights
and liberties of Thai citizens to receive free basic education for not less
than twelve years. It ensures the right of local organizations to participate
in the provision of education which also facilitates the decentralization of
educational management functions. The National Education Act (NEA) of 1999
which was amended in 2002, stated that Thai people have an equal right to

guidelines of publication ethics for the Grin McFly International Journal
ensure the peer review process for scholarly research work with the inclusion
of professional outcome-based experience. This journal complied with the
expected ethics of research publication for authors, editors, peer reviewers,
publishers, and other stakeholders in the Asia-Pacific region.
The scholarly guardianship of the publisher and editors complied with the guidelines of the Publication Ethics relevant to professional publications with priority of best practices and knowledge management. The publisher of this journal assists the peer-reviewing and maintaining the scholarly records. It has nurtured and supported the scholarly communication process within the bounds of the guidelines of publication ethics. The ethical matters adopted the best procedural policies for the peer-review process in the mentoring support of editors, reviewers, and authors. There is editorial independence and commitment to collaborate with stakeholders and industry partners for the effective implementation of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). We support the required technical, and procedural mandate of the COPE in the peer-review process for the journal. The financial considerations are provided for the professional support of the publication process for the peer-reviewers, panel of evaluators, and actual publication of the journal. These are explicitly given specific guidelines for the financial operations and fees needed to finally publish the refereed journal. For the publication decision, it is expected to work independently to decide the submission of the research manuscript based on the thematic thrusts of the refereed journal. The editor shall be
responsible for selecting reviewers within the pool of experts in the relevant
field of specialization in Educational Administration, Public Administration,
and Business Administration. Usually graduates and professors of Doctor of Philosophy(PhD)
in Educational Administration or Doctor of Education(EdD), Doctor of Public
Administration (DPA), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and Doctor of
Philosophy in Commerce. The editor shall comply with the most suitable expert
to avoid the selection of fraudulent reviewers. It shall review the publication
disclosures for potential conflicts of interest and provide appropriate
alternatives to ensure the quality of scholarly works in this refereed journal. The
editor maintains fair play as to the intellectual content and editorial
policies designed by the Professional Research and Development Institute for
the Asia-Pacific Region. It shall protect the confidentiality of all
materials submitted in the review process for the refereed journal. Any breach
of confidentiality or research misconduct shall be dealt with accordingly based
on the policy guidelines of this journal. The open peer-review system requires
full personal disclosure within the COPE standards and Data Privacy Act to
protect the identity of the reviewers. Likewise, the submitted research
manuscript shall be treated as a confidential document within the inclusion of
the privacy act. It shall safeguard the integrity of the scholarly publication and
assist the peer review process through editorial communication as to the
refereed journal guidelines with the inclusion of COPE. The authors shall
submit original research that contains sufficient details for professional
